Chocolate Baby Doll sheep.

It was a beautiful day for drive. I visited Gladhour Farm and looked at a baby bull, he's very sweet but not weaned yet. This is a picture of one of the full grown oxen.

Lucy and Josh take a nap indoors. He just loves her, thing she has no clue he's there.

Lulu and Olive relax on a hot summer day. They worked very hard.

It's that time again when big flower pops out. A little Finch took advantage if the big leaf, the Joe-Pye Weed is in full bloom as well. All the rain has helped this year last year was hard because of the draught.

Mason and Olivia had a great time. They loved the goats and after lunch we ran through the sprinkler, best way to cool off in the summer. They fell asleep before they got to the highway.

Josh kicks back everyday whether it's hot or not. Ruby spent the day outside as well, a little scared at first but enjoyed it later.

Tammy and I came home through Strasburg and couldn't get through E Hwy., tried to find alternate route but we got lost, every road was block by high water, we found our way back to E and decide to go through. It wasn't fast moving water and we saw 2 trucks cross. The cows in the field thought we had come to feed them and came running.

Had to pickup hay before it rained. I picked up about 225 bales. T & Wy helped a little and Dad came and saved the day, he drove the tractor Tuesday so I could pick it up. Got most picked up before it rained. No one wants wet hay. Lulu was the hay supervisor, Lucy only helped Monday evening. I will get an after picture later. I rolled my ankle on the start of the second day first load out by myself. Now the dogs and I can walk the field again. It rained more than 3 inches last night.

This is for my friend Kim who loves pretty skies. They were beautiful coming home from Harrisonville last night. The sprinkler over the corn field was even better. I could have taken pictures all night.

5 Aurcauna chicks and 16 Guinea Keets arrived this morning. I picked them up a 6:45 am at the back door of the post office. I just love small towns. Pictures of the keets to come. The Chicks names are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Not sure why but easy to remember.

Olive got the pin removed and is feeling really good. It's been hard keeping her down, she want to go outside really bad. Maybe this weekend, it makes me nervous. She's such a good and brave little cat.
