This is Jasper at 2 days old. Lewis and Clark at 2 weeks old. Jasper will be my breeding buck, Lewis and Clark will be sold as breeding bucks. All the parents were beautiful. L & C have springs for legs and are into everything. Jasper is my shadow. I've never taken care of kids so young, fun to watch them  do new things. Jasper wobbles and falls a lot just like Bambi did in the movie.

Jasper and Lewis are Alpine and Clark is a Sable.

She does love the goats even though she can't sleep with them right now, she sleep facing them from the other side of the fence. She barked at a possium who got to close to the fence the other day. I finally went over and chased it off, it seemed to know she could get any closer.

Pearl loves to play around and knows how to show off for the camera. She can strike a pose. Let's vogue. And then here comes her brother with a little more style.

Lily has horns, Pasty does not. Dad and I bought them from A Peculiar Farm. They had full size fainting goats with two babies. They had the same problem with their 10 week old Pyrenees pup, he got to rough, both it's legs were bandage, fainters and puppies are a bad combo. Any way Lily is due first of March, not sure about Pasty maybe late March. They rode together in the back of the Element just like everybody else. Pasty is very shy and Lily is everything but shy and has lots of attitude.

They love to play queen of the mountain. Guess who wins the big girl Nelda. She's seems to be showing, she due in April.

First colored egg not sure who layed the green egg. Can't wait to see the other colors. May is 4 months old already, she got her rabies shot today and walked in on a leash. What a big girl. She weights 26.6 lb. She's wearing her new rabies tag.

Josh and Lulu catch 40 winks together. Josh loves her and Lulu kind of likes him.

Shortcut to the goats. This gate can from a 100 year old barn near Harrisonville. I bought gates, doors, and barm wood.

Shirley is the faint goat and will drop when scared or excited. May thinks she's perfect size to play with, but Shirley drops every time May wants to play. Scared or excited I'm not sure. This is a action picture of Shirley on the way down.

Mayflower has a beautiful face. She love her job and the goats all seem to love her.

Lulu wanted to share the bale of hay with Josh. She hates winter as much as I do. This was before we got 3.5 inches. It started melting the next day.

Mayflower came on Thanksgiving she will live with and love the goats. She's a Great Pyrenees and her job is flock guard. She is trying very hard to fit in but the goats aren't sure. A few more weeks and she will be just one of the crowd.

We all pitched in to care for the neighbors animals over the holiday weekend, these were the surprise guests Robby and Bobby. They took a ride in the Honda jusy like everybody. They are just visiting. A new story to add to the list.

I love the stain on the house, it feel finished outside. Now back to work on the inside. Lots of winter projects. Special thanks to Jeri for the new look, great job.

Violet is the blond and Bertha is the red head. New Boer goats from the auction. All the other goats where to big to ride in our laps.

I miss Olive so bad it hurts. She never came home.

Harriett is gone and Ozzie is a mess. I found her feathers probably a coyote. He honks and honks but she doesn't answer. I'm going to the auction to find him a friend. I feel sad but I feel more sad for him. She was very sweet.

She is always very serious. Lighten up your a goat.

Had to turn the guineas loose they were to noisy. The chickens seem to be happy now not so stressed. Eggs should be coming soon.

My Moon Vine finally bloomed. It has about 10 blooms and it opened during the day and stayed open that night.
